Ohhh the possibilities when time permits!!!
Each month I photograph our kids; I have been doing this since they were born (it is my monthly personal photography project). This month I wanted to do something totally different and just happened to be inspired by a tweet shared by Jonathan Eger from PhotoWeekly. Original idea and all credit goes out to photographer Rachel Hulin and her project titled ‘The Flying Series’, I encourage you all to read about the project.
The kids, no surprise there, were totally on board when they heard about the ‘flying’ photograph idea… I do however wonder what my kids will say to me when they grow up and see this picture.
Maya (top left) – 3 years & 1 month, Jackson (middle) – 1 year & 5 months, Olivia (top right) -5 years & 1 month
Marta also shot a short video wiht her iPhone where you will see me explaining the steps to Olivia … I can’t get enough of her eager smile!
Best part of all, when the kids saw the finished work next morning they were speachless, they couldn’t get enough of the photograph. Smiles ear to ear! Made my Sunday morning! I hope you like the end result as much as they do!
