Heather and Gus were referred to me (to take photos of their Wedding) through a mutual friend. I always welcome referrals, they are an honor to say the least (someone thought highly enough of your work to recommend you) but in all honesty, referrals have an added element of pressure (because you want to prove that you were, in fact, good enough). When I worked with Heather and Gus on their Engagement photos, their personalities quickly eased my nerves and I knew we would have a great time on their Wedding Day.
When Heather and Gus met last year, the both of them knew that their relationship was the real deal. Gus didn’t wait long to ask Heather to marry him and this past Saturday they exchanged their vows in front of a large group of family and friends, all excited to share in their first steps as Husband and Wife. Both Heather and Gus come from a Greek background and it was a treat to dive into the welcoming Greek atmosphere: the language, the traditions and customs. Heather and Gus, it was my pleasure to capture some of the special moments of your Wedding Day. This was also another opportunity for my wife Marta to accompany me as the Candid Photographer. Both Marta and I enjoyed getting to know you, as well as your closest family and friends.
Thanks for all the smiles. We wish you all the best on your journey as Husband and Wife.
